y husband asked me last week if I could bake some cookies for his coworkers. I immediately made it into a project and was excited to finally use my bagasse containers that I had ordered a few weeks ago. I baked 4 different kinds of cookies- shortbread cookies, gingerbread cookies, nutty double-chocolate cookies, and chewy chocolate-chip cookies. I used Christmas tree cookie cutters (a large one and a mini one) for the shortbread cookies and heart cookie cutters (large and mini as well) for the gingerbread cookies. I placed them in the bagasse containers lined with pretty wax papers and wrapped the package in bakers twine. I hope my husband's coworkers like it because I am absolutely EXHAUSTED. I baked for 6 hours... Must... get... sleep...

es! It's finally here. I've been waiting all week to get this. I know it sounds nerdy to get excited for a 50-pack

y hubby asked me last night while we were having dinner what I wanted for Christmas this year. Oh let's see... there's so many things that are on my wishlist. I know most of these items are unrealistic items, but a girl can always dream, right?

ver since I had my little boy in July I realized how important it is for me to have some me-time. Unless you are a parent you will never truly understand the importance of me-time. I think it has allowed me to stay sane. I don't necessarily mean that you have to be alone, but it is basically a time you put aside where you can do stuff for yourself. I have recently started taking yoga classes and I've really enjoyed it. It's a good change from always focusing on the baby to focusing on yourself and your health...
here should be more artist collaborations with big brands, don't you think? There's something so unique about promoting a brand in an artistic way than throwing a product in your face. I think it's much cooler to develop a brand rather than a product produced by the brand.
