More house stuff

o I'm always on the search for home stuff to make my house look nicer. When I took down the Christmas tree after New Years I realized that there was a huge void where the tree used to be. It was right by the TV area. I guess it looked really bare in that area because our media console is so small. Our TV unit is actually not a TV unit. I think it was a small console table. We bought it when we lived in the condo because that was the only thing that would fit in our tiny condo. Then I came across this media console unit at West Elm (see above) and I fell in love. It's the Newkirk media stand with the towers. I like it in the chocolate colour. I'm thinking of decorating it with white accents and some baskets just how they did on the website. I'm also eyeing the Parsons desk with drawers (see above again) in white. I like how sleek it is and it'll go so nicely in my office.

saw the DVD Paris Je T'aime in my sisters room at my parents place and asked her if I could borrow it. My sister told me she didn't like the film all that much, but I didn't care. I'm into all things Parisian so I decided it wouldn't kill me watch it. All in all I LOVED it. It was so artistically done and I loved all the mini story lines. It also captured the spirit of Paris by showing all the different districts of Paris. If you haven't seen it yet you must watch it. I'm thinking of getting the DVD next time at the video store. Plus, don't you just love the poster?
