Updating my recipes

Yesterday I spent most of the day updating my much-needed recipe journal.
I made my own 4 x 6 cards and tucked them into my recipe journal sleeves. However, Rosco could not help, but stick his nose into my business!

Back in Toronto

My husband and I had an amazing time at Niagara Falls.
We stayed at a gorgeous hotel with a breathtaking view of the falls and one of the highlights of the trip was our wine tasting tour at Inniskillin. We sampled some delicious ice wines as well as red & white wines.

Happy 1-year

I can't believe it has been a year already.
It went by so quickly...

Feel better baby

My baby, Rosco, is getting neutered today.
I'm deathly scared. I just hope he's ok.

*Update: Rosco is back to his playful self.

shim + sons : wall + pocket

I am now the proud owner of a shim + sons wall + pocket!
Although I would have loved getting the all-linen wall + pocket that Sally made a while back the one I bought is pretty nice too.

Oh Gwyneth

House & Garden magazine is featuring the lovely Gwyneth Paltrow's Hampton pad on their current issue (November 2007). After seeing these photos I am utterly green with envy. Her house looks modern without looking austere. Every single room in the house has character.
